Refund and Returns Policy

At Riad Sebti, we strive to provide exceptional service and a comfortable stay for all our guests.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or booking modifications may be granted.
1. Reservation Cancellations
1.1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless a special rate or condition applies to your booking:

Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.

Cancellations made after 2 days before arrival will incur a 20% of the reservation amount charge.

No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as βNon-Refundable.β
For these bookings:

No refund is available in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
3. Early Departure
Guests who choose to leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund of the remaining nights unless approved by management under special circumstances.
4. Date Changes / Modifications
We understand travel plans may change. Modifications are allowed subject to availability:

Changing dates is free if requested before the free cancellation period ends.

If room rates differ on the new dates, guests must pay the difference.

Changes made after the cancellation period may incur additional fees.
5. Refund Processing
If your reservation qualifies for a refund:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Riad Sebti is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
6. Group Bookings & Special Events
For group reservations, long stays, or bookings during high-demand events:

Custom cancellation and refund policies may apply.

These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
7. Errors & Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

Please contact us immediately at support@riadsebti.com.

We will investigate and correct any verified errors as quickly as possible.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Management may, at its discretion, issue refunds or credits in exceptional cases such as:

Medical emergencies

Family emergencies

Travel restrictions relating to national circumstances
Official documentation may be required.
